The Boston Public Works Department (PWD) has submitted permit applications for a MA DEP Ch. 91 Permit and a 401 Water Quality Certification and for Coastal Zone Management (CZM) Consistency Review. The Boston PWD has also submitted an NOI to the Boston Conservation Commission. For more information related to these permits, please contact PWDEngineering@boston.gov. State agencies are prohibited from issuing any permit until the MEPA process is concluded.
MEPA hosted an informational site visit related to environmental permitting on May 20. View the project ENF here. Comments can be submitted to MEPA until June 9 via the EEA public comment portal link.
